• Connie represents Public Knowledge and the Electronic Frontier Foundation as amicus in MDY vs Blizzard, District of Arizona (case is pending).

• The Phoenix Business Journal ranked Connie as one of the top 10 IP attorneys in Arizona.

• Connie made Internet history when she represented the very first business to commercialize the Internet in 1994, (aka “Cantor & Siegel”).  

• She also represented Cybersell in a landmark trademark infringement case that established new federal law regarding cyberspace jurisdiction.  Cybersell v.Cybersell, 130 F.3rd 414, (9th Cir. 1997).
